Reliable built drawings are an essential basis for successful facility management and renovation. DistToPlan is a professional tool for the efficient measurement and data recording within buildings.

• Distances, measured by Bluetooth hand-held laser, will immediately be transformed into true to size CAD graphics: rooms, doors, windows, etc. are being generated directly at site with the desired degree of detail.
• In order to determine not too many (or too less) measurements, the AutoCAD/AutoCAD LT based DistToPlan supports indirect measuring methods and constructions.
• An intelligent structural view allows the organization of the areas according to popular standards (e.g. DIN 277) and the acquisition of alphanumeric attributes in data base quality.

The intention of the work with DistToPlan is, in any case, to avoid the multi-inspection of the building. The continuous, paperless data flow does not only reduce the time it takes to get the documents ready, but also the consistency and plausibility of the geometry and alphanumeric data.
